It took two days for the camera update in the app to stop failing and I guess finally update it. I was literally about to return it. I'm having same problems I see people having on here for 4 years. After logging in camera isn't connected. Can't pick what color you want the light. Space light times out and can't pick time frame or shut it off. Button to the right only turns on white noise and can't pick a different sound to turn on. Horrible experience.

Update- I solved the problem myself and the app is back to 5 stars in my book, but still dissapointed in customer service. I loved this up until a few months ago. Now I can't review the recordings, despite paying for a plan which I should be able to. I looked everywhere for how to troubleshoot the cloud connection issue, and finally emailed customer service a few weeks ago and never heard back.

I love that I can use this remotely (I was able to see it from Reno, NV!) and that it saves images of motion detected. Good app! I've had it almost 3 years, constantly using for both of my children, and it still works pretty well (doesn't always save images of motion detected, and sometimes I have to restart the camera to reconnect). I would recommend this app and camera. I use the event gallery to help me keep track of my babies' naps.
