Good all round service using this app. Kept well informed throughout the process. The quality of the flowers provided each time has always been excellent. They soon look beautiful after following the enclosed instructions. Ordering via the app is slick, quick and easy. I also appreciate the regular discounts I receive when placing orders. Its greatly appreciated.

So many fantastic options, all with good quality accurate pictures, as well as detailed descriptions. Very quick and easy to use. The most difficult and time consuming thing, is trying to make up your mind, which of the wonderful options or gifts to choose from. I don't know the longevity of flowers received yet, as a new customer, but love the idea of buds. Seems a little on the expensive side at first, but when you consider the convenience and current cost of living, perfectly reasonable.

The app makes it so easy to order flowers and gifts. It's handy to save occasions and get reminders. The reward scheme and in-app discounts are a bonus. I'm not keen on saving my card details, which you seem to need to do to order (or it's me!), but it's quick to remove them. I use the app rather than the website.
