I've been a member for 40 years! This app is easy to use and the new chat is so convenient!

Mobile check deposit feature finicky, which is a huge downgrade from the old app. The rest of the app works fine. Update four months later: mobile deposit feature has not improved at all (it actually got worse!!!!) and I am done giving the benefit of the doubt. This app is awful and apparently never going to get any better. We've reverted to in-person banking like it's the 20th century.
