I made payment for 3 months svip subscription, but I deleted my account after using 10 days, Yesterday i created again using same mail id, but my subscription is gone. I want svip subscription for which i unused. Edit: yes I paid for heesay subscription, and support is useless not reverting back my svip subscription. Very bad experience in this app I have deleted my account and want to login with new profile but you can't login and they also saying u have to many accounts but i haven't and if you want login with your old account so you can't because if process and they may say user can't find etc.etc. so I must say to all you guy use Grindr app Grindr provide very best facilities, walla haven't . If you forget your account details so you can't login in walla and also you can't make your new account on walla
