I have used this app daily since having heart surgery. It is easy to use and the length of the resources are perfect. It is a great way to learn, or be reminded, of different health related items that deal specifically with what I am going through.

BCBS is the worst with directing technology, the website says this will be the app to use to connect to fitness and I can't even log in with the correct info, confirmed with customer service. another wasted hour on expensive health insurance and horrible SW. invest in your apps please!
