The Ascend healthcare solutions platform by Blue Summit Software is a complete EVV, billing and payroll solution for Home Healthcare providers. EVV is an integral component of this wholistic approach to home healthcare and required by the CURES act. As such, we are proud to offer the Ascend EVV mobile app to provide a simple, easy to use interface for capturing important data for home visits that are required in today's healthcare industry for proper government accountability and record keeping. With Ascend EVV, users can easily clock in and out of home visits, capture the location of the caregiver, and provide documentation for the visit.

It's okay, but seriously frustrating for clocking in and out. Seriously, it's almost 2025 and it doesn't have a fingerprint or facial recognition for signing in?! It ridiculous to have to type in a password every time. There's also frustration when canceling a visit. The very first one I have is 'canceled' but still counting time. This could be a lot better and user friendly. Especially clocking in and out. My bank does better than this!

I have used this app at two different jobs and the result has been the same. It often registers me out of range, then more times than not, the load time is horrendous. By horrendous, to be more specific, it often takes me 2 minutes to load. That doesn't sound like a long time but when you're sitting in someone else's house and they're waiting for you to begin working it sure seems like a long time. This app has more times than not gotten me into trouble when I was doing exactly what I should be

It changes the time on me, doesn't clock me in or out some days. Doesn't record time accurately and then I'm accused of lying by both companies I work for because they just can't see the app being bad even though I've been shorted hours and not paid for the ones I've worked and when I say something they tell me no one else is having problems even though other workers have told me they are having the same issues. This app sucks!
