We began using this at our company to streamline expense reporting. However, it has not been great. It doesn't automatically update the mileage reimbursement rate, so we had to manually go over each claim and adjust it, and then put in a ticket, because our rep doesn't want to help us anymore. The ticketing system is bad. I didn't get a resolution to my question. Except that every January, I will need to submit another ticket so they can update the Federal IRS Mileage rate bc they hard coded it.

works great for the most part. but as of the last update, my transaction dates are off by 1 day compared to the website

I have to use this app for my work card but it's next to impossible to use. It crashes and force closes the app every couple seconds while I'm trying to rectify my work purchases making it take so much longer and sometimes impossible to do a simple thing.
