BNB mPAY brings you the best in mobile banking, giving you a secure and easy way to manage your money on the go with instant sign-up using your mobile number.

• Instant sign-up.
• Set a 4-digit mPIN&Password(Remember this mPIN &Password and do not share it with anyone).
• View account balance, mini-statement and transaction details for all your savings and current accounts.
• Immediate fund transfers to your own accounts in BNB, to customers in BNB and to customers in other banks in Bhutan.
• Transfer funds using mobile number (for BNB account holders only) or account number.
• Stay in control of your accounts using Transaction Notifications.
• Instantly activate, lock, cancel and change your PIN.
• Temporarily block and unblock your debit card.
• Modify your debit card daily spending limits as per your needs (within Nu. 40,000/day).

Charges:
Registration and transactions in BNB mPAY are absolutely free of cost. However, in the future if any charges are applied for any up-coming features, you will be notified through SMS or it will be announced in the BNB website. Data charges from your mobile service provider may apply.

I love the apps and has brought new features. But the loan balance feature is not available and has taken out. Please put the loan balance feature again.

i have face lots of problem during transfer of money and not giving prompt services... im still facing problem to ganerate qr code ... i would rate zero... but still im giving one star for improvement ... need to have lot of improvement in terms of services ...

Overall a great app and i use it almost every day seamlessly. However, few requests/recommendations for kind consideration. 1. Allow the users to register their email address through the app without having to visit the bank. 2. Display the receiving account holder's name for interbank transactions to avoid wrong transfers. ( i lost money because of a wrong transfer) 3. Add option for customer feedback/complains. 4. If possible, allow the users to generate token numbers through the app and monitor the current queue status.
