Ratings and reviews

There are many bugs in the app. One major bug which I am facing currently is that I am not able to login to the android app itself. For some reason I had to reinstall the app, and post which when I am trying to login it shows me "Initialization Error" and does not let the use app. This makes the app unusable. Due to this, I have lost my old data and now not able to restore it in any way. Thanks developers for wiping my data permanently.

I'm facing so many issues with the app, firstly all the data from the watch doesn't get transferred to the app even though my app and watch are most of the time connected. Also the data from previous days is just vanished, because of which I'm unable to keep a track of my exercise timings. Also, doesn't show the name in incoming calls 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻. Lots of such issues are being faced, please resolve them. Thanks!

This app is literally the worst. I feel sorry for everyone who first bought a boat smartwatch and then had to deal with this horribly obnoxious app. It should not even be considered an app. It never opens correctly, hardly opens I must say. Doesn't sync all the data. Doesn't connect to the watch by itself or even properly. It absolutely does nothing. It would be a rare occasion if the app opens without giving a headache to the user (that is, if it opens).
