Simply pair your boAt audio device with your smartphone, and it will automatically appear in the ‘My Devices’ section of the app, if compatible. You can also manage multiple boAt products from one dashboard.

Accessibility Permission:
The accessibility function is used to complete actions for you in instances where you cannot access the app, for example, while driving or working out. In such cases, our Smart Talk feature comes in handy by making use of the Accessibility settings on your device. Using voice commands, such as ‘Accept’ and ‘Reject’, you can answer or deny an incoming call, respectively. Smart Talk also announces the caller’s name to help you decide whether to accept or reject the call without looking at your phone to determine the caller. Please note that your voice commands are neither recorded on our servers nor shared with any 3rd party.

i am using moto g54 paired with boat nirvana space and boat hearables , the app used to have Equalizer setup and the option to switch between normal ambient and ANC modes but recently I don't know what happened the app only shows boat 360 , adaptive Equalizer and boat speak through only and I cannot access other options , I tried unpairing and pairng earbuds and uninstalling and installing hearables app , but it doesn't work and all other settings are gone

I recently bought the boAt Airdopes Prime 700 ANC and my experience has been mixed. The sound quality and bass are decent for the price, and the battery backup is good. However, the main issue is with the boAt app connectivity. Even after unpairing, resetting, and reconnecting multiple times, the app still shows “device not found.” Because of this, I am unable to access features like EQ settings and ANC controls from the app. This is quite frustrating, as these features are a key part of the pro

I purchased a brand-new boAt Airdopes 800 from Amazon. Soon after purchase, I started facing manufacturing defects in the product. I raised complaint ticket no. 6457239, after which the product was repaired and returned to me. However, within 2–3 days, the same issue occurred again, and I raised another complaint ticket no. 64932983. On 26.04.2026, I received a product that was claimed to be a “replacement”, but it was actually a repaired/refurbished unit this is not acceptable.
