Simply pair your boAt audio device with your smartphone, and it will automatically appear in the ‘My Devices’ section of the app, if compatible. You can also manage multiple boAt products from one dashboard.

Accessibility Permission:
The accessibility function is used to complete actions for you in instances where you cannot access the app, for example, while driving or working out. In such cases, our Smart Talk feature comes in handy by making use of the Accessibility settings on your device. Using voice commands, such as ‘Accept’ and ‘Reject’, you can answer or deny an incoming call, respectively. Smart Talk also announces the caller’s name to help you decide whether to accept or reject the call without looking at your phone to determine the caller. Please note that your voice commands are neither recorded on our servers nor shared with any 3rd party.

Ratings and reviews

No doubt, the AirPods are amazing, as is the app. I recently bought AirPods, so 1 sweet suggestion from my side is that, like when we enter into beast mode in gaming or any other, like reversing it into normal, there should be an option in the app to convert them easily, like clicking in the app to turn beast mode on or convert it into normal or to power off. Rest, it's one of the best brands and best pods.

It's good, would be better if you could just fade the audio while playing the inbuilt earbuds tones and voice overs (spatial mode, surround sound, speak through mode, beast mode, Ambient mode, etc), at present it just stops the audio and plays the response tones and then continues the audio. 30/07/2026 As a user I want to switch my ear buds modes on this app, it was a feature until recently when I noticed that it disappeared. My earbuds are Boat Nirvana Space and I can't switch modes on app.

Please add dB values to the Custom EQ sliders. Currently, there is no indication of how many dB each band is boosted or reduced, making it difficult to recreate or share EQ settings. A numerical dB scale (e.g., -6 dB to +6 dB) would make the equalizer much more useful and user-friendly. Overall, the earbuds are great, but this feature is really needed.
