If you are a customer of a nonprofit you can get both text and video-based customer service. Bob.AI is also used by many agencies to allocate work to the HQS inspectors. Certain nonprofits use the tracking abilities to stay in compliance with the Electronic Visit Verification regulations.

Ratings and reviews

The information on the app is never updated. If you want to make sure everything is done correctly, you have to stay on your Caseworker. They're not putting the necessary information in the app at all. It feels like bob.ai is just a useless distraction to give the actual human workers a break, but it it's users from getting things done in a timely manner and Most importantly, ACCURATELY

I like being able to find out faster

The support ticket does not work. It does not give you the option for the reason of the trouble ticket. Therefore, you can not submit a trouble ticket for your original problem. Now there's two issues. Along with: ☆"I'M INTRESTED" tab. ☆"Chat with case manager" ☆Chat with the bot. Non of these things work! I have no way to let a landlord know that I'm interested in their property. What's the point of this app?
