Certain nonprofits use the tracking abilities to stay in compliance with the Electronic Visit Verification regulations.

Ratings and reviews

this app is not user friendly. There are problems signing things and it doesn't have that human explanation of questions and understanding. You worry if your voucher may expire or something. Not that impressive.

The information on the app is never updated. If you want to make sure everything is done correctly, you have to stay on your Caseworker. They're not putting the necessary information in the app at all. It feels like bob.ai is just a useless distraction to give the actual human workers a break, but it it's users from getting things done in a timely manner and Most importantly, ACCURATELY

The concept, sounds good! but you gotta have operators behind the scenes too, that still follow thru and check in. I feel like this is another way for humans to get out of the loop! and we still need help! this app doesn't work half the time. I've put in support help tickets and still NEVER got a response! been 2 months! they say putting in service request is quickest way to get help. no, that's wrong! can barely get worker to respond either. been over a week just to get RFTA put thru.
