If you are a customer of a nonprofit you can get both text and video-based customer service. Bob.AI is also used by many agencies to allocate work to the HQS inspectors. Certain nonprofits use the tracking abilities to stay in compliance with the Electronic Visit Verification regulations.

I don't know how to work that app, it's too difficult. And what I don't like is how I filled out the app for housing way before there was ever a Bob.AI app. I still haven't received any housing, voucher or anything, and it's been since 2013, doesn't make since to me.

this app is not user friendly. There are problems signing things and it doesn't have that human explanation of questions and understanding. You worry if your voucher may expire or something. Not that impressive.

I've tried getting in touch with my caseworker with no avail. this website is awful.
