The information on the app is never updated. If you want to make sure everything is done correctly, you have to stay on your Caseworker. They're not putting the necessary information in the app at all. It feels like bob.ai is just a useless distraction to give the actual human workers a break, but it it's users from getting things done in a timely manner and Most importantly, ACCURATELY

This app says compatible with my device but doesn't open. It just stays blank.

it will not even load. I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it for it to be frozen.i need access to this
