Bob.AI a mobile and web application used by Public Housing Authorities, Continuum of Care Providers, and Nonprofits in the USA to provide customer service to clients and landlords. Using this app voucher holders and program slots recipients can find housing units that meet your agency's payment standards and affordability criteria. If you are a customer of a nonprofit you can get both text and video-based customer service. Bob.AI is also used by many agencies to allocate work to the HQS inspectors. Certain nonprofits use the tracking abilities to stay in compliance with the Electronic Visit Verification regulations.

Doesn't do what it says. No one ever responds to email and when you call the numbers are google numbers and no one answers. Update 11/2/2021: Would give no stars. Still doesn't do what it says. Keeps old properties on the app for months when they are no longer available to rent. Property owners never respond or answer. Same houses with same addresses listed 3 or 4 times on the site.

The concept, sounds good! but you gotta have operators behind the scenes too, that still follow thru and check in. I feel like this is another way for humans to get out of the loop! and we still need help! this app doesn't work half the time. I've put in support help tickets and still NEVER got a response! been 2 months! they say putting in service request is quickest way to get help. no, that's wrong! can barely get worker to respond either. been over a week just to get RFTA put thru.

The support ticket does not work. It does not give you the option for the reason of the trouble ticket. Therefore, you can not submit a trouble ticket for your original problem. Now there's two issues. Along with: ☆"I'M INTRESTED" tab. ☆"Chat with case manager" ☆Chat with the bot. Non of these things work! I have no way to let a landlord know that I'm interested in their property. What's the point of this app?
