I've had my Bobsweep a couple weeks now. Overall, the machine is pretty good. The app needs help. Notifications to phone when there are issues in the vacuuming (brush jammed, bot stuck, mop pad). Notification that dustbin is full, or option to auto empty midway through vacuum cycle. When attempting to set notifications via my phone, the app does not show up in list of installed apps. I run bobsweep at night, every morning so far "Bobette" has had some issue and didn't complete her job.

I've been using the app for several months. Some of the features are not very intuitive to locate. Many things just have a symbol, so I often have to hit each one to find something. This did better at creating separate rooms. It doesn't do a good job with setting no clean zones. The minimum size is pretty big. I also don't get any notifications. It seems pretty basic to get cleaning complete and alert notifications. I've checked my phone to allow notifications, but I get none.

Vacuum works great. App continually has multiple errors. App 90% won't let user do anything. The same message pops up when trying to start bot, edit map, save map, save schedule, self empty, etc : "Something went wrong. Timeout or unexpected errors. Try again later." Attempted to close out, uninstall, reinstall, install on my partners and still didnt fix. Task with Google works fine. Very frustrating when the bot is app based.
