Our first robot vacuum, we love it!! We love the bobsweep bio and its app. It is so easy to use. It was easy to map our entire house. We even added some NoSweep zones. We set a schedule and can review the run history and if it ran into any issues. Truly cannot get any easier.

The app itself allows for a lot of customization of the schedule, map, etc. So far I've found it to be easy to use and easy to navigate. The only issue I've had with it so far is that it doesn't send me notifications when the robot gets stuck, dies, or is clogged. I have to happen upon the robot, which is blinking that I should check my notifications. I spend most of my time in the basement, so it would be nice to get notifications when something happens upstairs.

I've had my Bobsweep a couple weeks now. Overall, the machine is pretty good. The app needs help. Notifications to phone when there are issues in the vacuuming (brush jammed, bot stuck, mop pad). Notification that dustbin is full, or option to auto empty midway through vacuum cycle. When attempting to set notifications via my phone, the app does not show up in list of installed apps. I run bobsweep at night, every morning so far "Bobette" has had some issue and didn't complete her job.
