Useful but recently found crashed and failure to login by password in my Xperia Android 11 version. Please technician review and update.

Every time I use the app for transactions, there will be different pictures of BOC app in my phone gallery and can't never be deleted. These are using up my space on my phone. Can this be fixed? If so, how? This is making me not wanting to use the app any longer. Please help. And by the way, I'm using Samsung.

I can't open here in my phone I deleted already the apps in old phone. It shows still installed in my old phone Since my old phone was factory reset. I don't know what's the problem. I hope I could use the apps here in my new phone.
