Amari Harmonics builds a session of pure tones for wherever you actually are, and says plainly what the sound does and what it does not.

THREE WAYS IN

How you arrive. Choose from 24 feelings, and a session is built from that feeling. What you bring is present in the sound rather than denied, and a heavy feeling is answered by a different feeling entirely: despair is held by connected love, doubt by clarity. Arrive bright and the field gives you more of what you brought.

THE SOUND

Six carrier families, each with its own colourway and its own sacred geometry: Golden Ratio, Solfeggio, Schumann, Pythagorean, Cosmic & Stellar, Christed Harmonics.

Thirteen brainwave states, from Deep Stillness at 1 Hz to Insight at 60 Hz, including Earth Resonance at 7.83 Hz.

One thing worth knowing: binaural beating stops working above roughly 30 Hz, because the two ears no longer fuse the difference into a beat. Every session above that ceiling is delivered isochronically instead, one tone pulsed, and the app tells you so on screen rather than quietly carrying on.

Sessions run 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34 or 55 minutes. Fibonacci, which converges on φ. Every session suggests a length, and you choose it.

WHAT YOU SEE

The session figure is real: a curve drawn from the actual pair of frequencies sounding, turning in three dimensions. Because your two ears differ by exactly the beat, the figure never quite closes. What you are watching is the interference you are hearing.

A breath pacer runs an 11-second cycle. The clock is deliberately the quietest thing on the screen.

THE GOLDEN LADDER

Eleven rungs, each a golden-ratio step from the last: Embodied, Heart Opening, Unity Threshold, Coherent Love, Gateway, Oversoul, Christed Harmonic, Solar Logos, Galactic Logos, Source Threshold, Crown. Three modes: a continuous climb, an ascent and return, or one rung held. It can sound on its own or run underneath a session, with a rail showing which rung is sounding.

LAYERS

16 ambient melodies, or bring your own file, which never leaves your device. Your own recorded voice, looped beneath the tones. A pink-noise bed, a 432 Hz retune, stacked harmonics, all optional.

Export a finished session as an MP3 to keep or to send.

CEREMONIES

The I AM: a guided preparation in three movements, spoken, roughly six minutes. Write your own and record it aloud to loop beneath any session afterwards. It is about who you are choosing to be, and who you are remembering that you are, never about becoming someone you are not.

The 3 · 6 · 9: name something specific you are calling in, then hear it three times, speak it aloud six, read it nine.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

The solfeggio tones, the Christed harmonics and the 3 · 6 · 9 are inherited practices, not findings, and we name them that way. Nothing here treats, cures or diagnoses anything, and no frequency resolves a past event.

Headphones for anything binaural. The care sessions are isochronic and meant for speakers.
