So far, I have been using the free version of this app. The timer for fasting and eating is very helpful. It's also possible to change your fasting start times each day, even if you have already programmed the whole week. I personally like this feature. I am not bombarded with advertisements in this version, just some encouragement to get a trainer which requires a paid version. All in all, it suits my needs very well, and that is what finding a great app is all about!

it's working, kind of. lost 6 right out the gate, but I've plateaued since. I'm on it. After 3 months, not so happy with it. Weight / fasting interval recommendations and suggestions don't seem to make sense, and after some time, it just seemed like this was no different than any other fasting timer. And when the $18 charge came through, I had to ask myself if this was really worth the $... So I've cancelled, but have 3 months to go. We'll see.

If you have weight plateaus it often helps to vary the fasting times more. This fires up the metabolism.

This app is good at everything it does, however there's an absolute deal breaker for me. There's no way to copy edits made to a plan to the next week. As someone who works the night shift, this makes starting a new week obnoxiously inconvenient as I have to manually edit the start and end time of my fasting every single day, every single week.

Thanks for your feedback! 💪 If you are using the coach version, you have the possibility to create your own fasting plans .These can be saved and repeated on a basis. 😊
