The app was slow to launch, slow to log in, really bad at mobile deposits where it says the routing number is not visible when it's clear as UHD... so many issues. But this new problem is next level. I log in, and it says... that there are no accounts available at this time... What the heck is wrong with your guys...

I didnt think the mobile banking app for Bank of Hope could get any worse, but somehow the developers managed to make it worse than the previous version. I can't get into all the problems, but one problem is when I'm typing something, like an amount and the keyboard comes up, I can't see what I'm typing because the Bank of Hope info i.e. swift code etc..is continuously stationed on the bottom of the page whatever page I go to. I hope they fix this and many other issues soon or revert back to the simpler previous version.

They lie about their service they tell you if you make a mobile deposit before 5:00 it will be credited that day that's not true in the last 6 months I have made deposits before 5:00 as much as 20 minutes before and they do not give me credit and they charge me for return check fees I've had it happen between three and four and six and seven times they charged me hundreds of dollars in return check fees. Don't trust them!
