About this app
BolDof Partenaire is the app for restaurants and caterers on the BolDof platform. It replaces sitting at a computer: your phone alerts you the moment an order comes in, and you follow it through to hand-off to the courier.
NEVER MISS AN ORDER
An incoming order triggers a full-screen alert with a ringtone, even when the phone is locked or sitting away from the pass. Accept or decline with one tap. If you do not respond, the alert repeats and the BolDof team is notified, so a customer is never left waiting on silence.
FOLLOW THE SERVICE
Orders are grouped by what you still have to do: to handle, in progress, completed. Each order shows a single button, the one for the next step, whether that is preparing, ready, or handed to the courier. You see the items, the options the customer chose, and the amount.
KEEP YOUR MENU CURRENT
Mark a dish unavailable with one tap when you run out: it disappears from the customer app at once, without leaving your menu. Change your prices and opening hours from the app.
PLAN YOUR DAILY SPECIALS
If your kitchen changes daily, plan the week ahead. In rotating mode, only the day's dishes can be ordered while your drinks, desserts and platters stay available at all times. In highlight mode, the whole menu stays open and the day's dishes are flagged to customers.
ANSWER YOUR CUSTOMERS
Read the reviews left about your establishment and reply publicly. Handle the complaints that concern you before they are settled without you.
STAY REACHABLE
A dedicated screen checks that alerts will actually reach you: notification permissions, and exemption from the battery savers that some phones apply without warning, putting the app to sleep at the worst moment.
The app uses the same credentials as the web partner area at resto.boldof.com. Both work side by side, on as many devices as you like.
