To enable app blocking, Bookie uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when a blocked app is opened and temporarily restrict access while Focus Mode is active. This feature is only activated with your explicit permission, Bookie does not collect or share any personal data through Accessibility, and you can disable it at any time in your device settings.

Ratings and reviews

Clean design that does lots right without overwhelming. I stayed on this one because it actually lets me track my audiobook listening with a minimal and functional UI. I discovered other features later on, when I wanted to, instead of having them shoved in my face :) The tropes feature is fun and actually broad enough to be useful (add 'jealousy' please). I feel this has a lot of potential, and hope to see continued development. Monetized tastefully, few premium features are the way. Subscribed

The app has potential but has several issues. I can edit total pages, but updating progress is buggy. Finished books can’t be unmarked, and lowering pages read shows “End Page cannot be smaller than Start Page.” Goodreads import missed ~100 books. There could be more bugs, but I stopped testing out of frustration. I’ll return in a few months hoping it improves. Conclusion: beautiful UI, awful UX.

its an okay app. easy to use but i cantbexport anything pr share lists to people or other apps like goodreads.
