Ratings and reviews

They trick you into full coverage but no rental car provider honors it. The language and wording is very misleading. Also when you do get a refund it goes into their credit not directly to your credit card. Even rental car providers say don't use them. A refund is not possible on the same day. I wouldn't rent here again. In the end it would have been cheaper for me to go with another company.

I've tried several times over the course of a couple months to log into my account and just get a "something went wrong" message. I have to go to the website to login and manage my bookings. also, the 'total price' estimates listed on the app do not match what shows on the website. 'Total price' on the website includes taxes and fees. on the app you have to navigate through the checkout process All the way to payment before it's revealed that your rental will be considerably more expensive.

Scammers!!!! Booked a car that was never available. As a matter of fact they were overbooked for the next 3 days. Customer service was zero help, only to forward me to an email. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on twice. It took 2 days for somebody to respond to that email and they said it would take another additional 5-28 days to respond. It's been well over 2 weeks with no refund so I was forced to dispute the transaction with my bank.
