I've tried several times over the course of a couple months to log into my account and just get a "something went wrong" message. I have to go to the website to login and manage my bookings. also, the 'total price' estimates listed on the app do not match what shows on the website. 'Total price' on the website includes taxes and fees. on the app you have to navigate through the checkout process All the way to payment before it's revealed that your rental will be considerably more expensive.

This app sucks! Only gives a search bar for renting a car no login search bar, no reservation search bar either 😡! So far terrible app and company that has lousy customer service, customer service line close to New York, before West Coast 👎😡 The app does not accept your password, or email address. Receive a pop-up stating something went wrong, if something went wrong with their app, not functioning properly, app is poorly maintained 👎😡

They are SCAMMERS of the worst kind. Was charged immediately after booking a car reservation onto my DEBIT CARD, which seemed to be No problem until I got to AVIS and was told that NOW I needed a major credit card. I was charged 351.18 and a month later and 10 emails later still no refund or reply from economy booking. AND there is no phone number where I can actually speak with someone. Total B.S. I am thinking about contacting the local news station.!!!
