Fast, easy and fair. I got the original prices quoted on the books. I was concerned they may grade them lower and pay less. It took 6 days from dropping off the boxes at a shipping center until payment hit my pay pal account. It was a simple and efficient process. Very happy. People that complain about books not being accepted need to understand how the textbook market works. New editions come out quickly which drastically reduce values. That's the publishers fault. You can't blame booksrun for not buying your books if there is no resale value. I had a few books they didn't want, only one was worth something at a different buyer. Overall, after checking prices between booksrun and other places they accepted the most with best average overall price. To make more I would have had to hassle with shipping small boxes to several companies to make maybe a couple bucks more.

I've been selling books back to booksrun and a few other companies for a good 2yrs now and have to say that overall, Booksrun has been the most reliable and consistent as far as getting paid in a timely manner. The only complaint I've got is that it's a shame if you live locally, that you've still got to ship the books as opposed to having the option to go in person, drop off your books and let the process continue...like even a drop off box would be amazing as I live 10min away😍

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Edit: After about two months they got back to me and they gave me a 50% refund which is good. I wanted to cancel my book and so I contacted them but they still won't get back to me after a week which its says 3 to 4 business days and now it's too late to get my money back and I have a book that I dont need that i rented and have to send it back with them taking my money and me gaining absolutely nothing. I did get the right book I wanted but there customer service could be a lot better. It's almost like they didnt get back to me in time on purpose.
