ads, pop-ups, pay wall and other distractions before I could even orientated to the map. Too much rerouting to ads and pay walls. Never was able to use successfully. So, not even sure the actually ap works for 35.00. I would buy a new remote for that cost. I lost my remote and need one for 24 hours. This app was what I turned to and got more headaches for it.

I downloaded the application and then opened it. immediately went to an ad which I don't like but I can deal with. except the ad then would not let me do anything except download the Temu app. you could not even hit the back button and get out of it. I've tried several third party vendor Samsung TV remote control apps and none of them work correctly. I wish Samsung would create an application that is just a basic remote. uninstalling now.

This is the only app of 3 new installs and the one I used to use that worked on my old Samsung TV. However, there's so many ads that you literally can't do anything. Any time you're on the app for more than 5 seconds, an ad starts. Try to move a cursed? Ad. Try to hit play? Ad. My old remote would play an ad when you first opened it and not again until you left and re-opened. That is not the case with this one. I am uninstalling now.
