Steps to stream content from Apple devices with this media cast app:

Make sure your iOS device and Android TV are connected to the same WiFi
Launch the mirroring receiver app and the name of Android TV will be shown (remember it)
Tap "Screen Mirroring" on the Apple device and choose the Android TV name to start streaming content

Most connection problems can be resolved by restarting the air screen receivers or Apple devices

Perfect solution to use an Android device as a wireless extended display! This is the only free option I was able to find, all other were either full of ads, low resolution limited, subscription based, wouldn't work if the network was the mobile hotspot created by the same Android device I was trying to use as a second display... The only feedback I have so far is that the latency is a bit higher than other Airplay receiver based solutions i've tested, but I can live with it as is. Great work

Paid for subscription which worked for like 10 to 20 mins max at a time, then would just go all over the place, could not get the cursor to match the TV for another 2 to 5 mins before working well again for another 10 to 20 mins... and repeat...

This is perfect! This app does what it says. This makes your Android device act as an AirPlay receiver and lets you mirror and even extend your display from an iOS, iPadOS, and macOS device. I used it on my Android tablet and phone to mirror my MacBook display. I'm at my sister's place for a few weeks and wanted a secondary display for work. While there were a few more apps, after comparing all, this seems to be the perfect one. Kudos to the developers of this app.
