Terrible!!!! Most difficult app and website to order from. In the app, I go to checkout, put all my info in, and when I click place order, it says no items in the cart, WTH!!! On their full website, I go to check out, and it says billing zip code not filled out, missing city, zip code, and address. When I clearly entered everything needed. This store makes it so difficult to order online as if they really don't want your business. Freaking crazy!!!

You cannot order and expect an order history, not happening. You can't complain, because you won't get an answer. You can get a birthday discount, and rewards- then you order, and redeem them, you see the deduction on the order, but you still get the full price charged! And you can't return the item, because you got no history. The order just disappeared! THAT'S HOW THIS APP WORKS!!!

App doesn't load more than a few items, meaning that you have to click on them individually. Then when you add something to the cart, it won't let you proceed to checkout. It says that there are no items in cart. It allowed me to proceed once and then declined my payment. So I tried to contact customer service about it, app said that chat was unavailable, I tried the email and the email was unavailable. So I manually typed the email out that they had listed, that was 3 days ago with no response.
