Ratings and reviews

For the most part, pretty good. The sight does need a way filter items when your looking through the inventory. And not related to the sight really, but you should have single items (individual items) offered on the website such as sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, and such things that only come in sets. Sometimes, a broken tool isn't the problem. Sometimes, we lose one. That's not a warranty issue, and now we're left filling that spot with a parts house tool that may work but it just bugs us.

Very clean layout. The user interface isn't confusing to operate. The only complaint I would have is the vast array of tools and products that can't be all properly separated by the options they have. Example would be looking at brand tools, and then they have options of hand tools, storage, etc. The specialty tools seem to be the dump of all the non-specific tools.

It is alright. The only issue I have is that it continues to log me out, causing me to log back into the app so I can shop. From what I understand, this has been a continuous issue, and many other people have been addressing this issue without any response. Contacting the developer is a waste of time since the email bounced back, saying an unknown email address. First thing first, fix the logging issue, then I will reassess my review.
