It is really a bad design to show ads before showing QR code of my account. I need to show the QR code when I make a payment at the cashier, I need to wait for a while until the ads disappear. That makes people in the queue wait longer.

Disappointed and confused. I am a Boots card holder, and input right information requested including OTP but I simply cannot login. On EN site, some part of the app UI including error message is not translated in English. This is how you lose new user. Please consider improve app log in UX. Thanks.

Cannot link my boots card. No data found. Most likelyissue it wants a passport and which they did not register correctly when i got the card many years ago. I get promotions per sms. So it is not the phone number.
