This app makes workouts a breeze. The videos thoroughly explain the movements. The app keeps track of your weights and reps. Movements can be substituted depending on preference or available equipment. And there's so much flexibility in the programming, not to mention the price is a steal! I highly recommend the Booty By Bret app workout programming.

I'll admit I was skeptical about the app. I have used a separate tracking app for a couple of years since I became a Booty By Bret member. This app SLAPS!! I LOVE IT. The how-to video that pulls up each time is a wonderful reminder of form and great for new lifts. The timer 🤯🤯! I always waited the 2-3 minutes ... but I realized I was actually taking longer because between sets I would start to doom scroll. This made my morning workout so much more efficient! It really is a beautiful app!

I love the app, the fact that the team had incorporated the calculus for you rep max is awesome, as it allows you to push further than you think you can! I like how we can keep track of our weights/reps, so we can do proper progressive overload, and the option to exchange between exercises 10/10, i am really happy with it :)
