BoshDone brings before-and-after photographs, job details and task checklists into one record. Turn the work you've documented into a PDF with your business logo, colours and heading, ready to review and share with your customer.

FOR THE WORK YOU DO

Use BoshDone for cleaning, handyman work, waste removal and clearances, gardening, painting, property maintenance, pressure washing, vehicle detailing and other jobs where a visual record helps explain the result.

Start with a service checklist, adapt it to the job, or create your own reusable template. Organise a record by room, area, item or stage of work. A checklist helps you document your own agreed scope; it is not a professional certificate or a replacement for any required inspection.

RECORD THE BEFORE AND AFTER

Capture photographs in the app or import existing images. Group your before-and-after shots, add captions and link photographs to tasks. Crop, rotate and annotate images when you need to draw attention to a detail. Keep original photographs private and review the selected images before you share a customer report.

MAKE THE HANDOVER CLEAR

Record included and excluded tasks, work awaiting agreement, completed work and anything that needs attention or could not be accessed. Add notes and observations, with controls for what appears in the customer report.

CREATE A REPORT THAT LOOKS LIKE YOUR BUSINESS

Add your logo, business details, a report heading and your choice of colour. Generate concise or detailed PDF reports in A4 or US Letter, preview the pages and share the saved revision. Previous report revisions stay saved when you make later changes.

KEEP EVERY JOB ORGANISED

Save reusable clients and properties, find your jobs and repeat a previous job with a fresh work record. Use templates for recurring services instead of starting every checklist from scratch.

WORK OFFLINE. EXPORT YOUR RECORDS.

Record jobs, photographs and reports on your device without an app account. Export a complete manual backup, with optional password protection, and restore it when you move devices. An optional app lock uses your device's supported biometric or screen-lock method. Google Play is needed to buy Pro and check purchase ownership; sharing uses the service you choose.

TRY FIVE REAL JOBS

Five job starts are included free. Creating a draft does not use an allowance. The optional one-time BoshDone Pro purchase removes the new-job limit. Existing records, report revisions, corrections and complete manual backup remain accessible when your allowance runs out. There are no ads or subscriptions.
