Record catches with photos, species, weight and notes. Search your logbook, mark favourites and explore patterns in your own records. Use kilograms or pounds and ounces. Your local journal is private unless you deliberately choose to share.

Keep notes for lakes, canals, rivers and managed fisheries. Organise your owned tackle, plan a session and use a packing checklist. The core journal, saved waters, tackle collection and manual trip planner are free without a subscription. Choose Home widgets for weather, trip plans, journalling or gaming, with two personal shortcuts.
MAPS, WEATHER AND THE COAST
Use in-app maps to zoom to a point, save a fishing spot and decide whether to share it. Location permission is optional. Online imagery requires connectivity and provider availability; the offline backup is a basic overview, not detailed downloaded Google imagery. A saved point does not verify access or permission to fish.
Choose a saved water or your location for an attributed forecast and conditions guidance. Tap the Home report for hourly detail, daily outlooks and an optional radar website. Check fishing conditions at another point. Weather does not predict catches or establish safe access. Sea-session tools bring your selected coastal point, forecast/tide entry and regional species guidance together. Tide coverage varies by source and station; it is not a navigation or water-safety service.
CAMERA FISHING BETWEEN BITES
On a supported ARCore phone, point the camera towards the water and manually align the virtual fishing surface. Virtual fish stay beneath that surface. Cast with a gentle backswing and wrist flick, lift to strike, then use the reel and manage tension. A camera-free practice mode is also available. Follow fish energy and line tension during varied runs and rests. Reel in empty tackle between bites.
Choose the virtual region and water type explicitly: lake, canal, river, managed fishery, estuary or sea. The game includes 13 licensed fish models, with distinct native-freshwater, stocked-fishery, Atlantic and Mediterranean selections. Examples include pike, perch, brown trout, Atlantic mackerel and European seabass. Species availability depends on your selected profile. Native range does not mean a fish is present in every actual catchment. Some species in the guide have no playable model.
Explore 12 rods, 12 reels, 16 baits, six floats and six hooks. Appearance and bounded bait/hook tuning apply to local play; verified challenges retain their own fixed rules. Fish artwork is hand-painted and licensed, not a promise of photorealism.
Camera AR requires Google Play Services for AR, suitable lighting and tracking. Reflections and low light can interfere. The camera cannot reveal real fish or automatically identify water or species. Stay seated, hold the phone securely and watch your real rod. Fish Pro does not upload camera frames or raw wrist movement.
CLEAR CHOICES
Intended for anglers aged 16 and over. Where enabled, network ads are restricted to adults aged 18 and over after the relevant privacy choices. Core tools remain available when ads cannot be shown. Account and online community availability are controlled separately; public registration may be closed. Sharing is deliberate, with report and block controls where online community access is available.
AI coach and Plus are Coming soon. The manual planner is available now. Real payments and new paid sales remain on hold; no active paid benefit is promised here.
