About this app
Bring your own television sources together with Zaptrell, an IPTV player for Android phones, tablets and Android TV.
Connect an M3U playlist, a direct stream URL or an XC-compatible server using the address and login supplied by your lawful provider. Browse live channels, movies and series in their original provider categories, with channel logos and artwork where your source supplies them.
A GUIDE BUILT FOR EVERYDAY VIEWING
Browse programme times, see what is on now and next, search channels and programmes, and choose a category without interrupting the playing preview. Programme information comes from your provider or configured XMLTV EPG feeds, including compatible compressed feeds. Set reminders for upcoming programmes, with an optional automatic channel switch.
YOUR LIBRARY, EASIER TO EXPLORE
Use artwork cards for movies and series, compact category lists for large collections, favourites and recently watched content. Separate movie and series layout preferences help you organise each library your way.
CONTROLS FOR YOUR SCREEN
Zaptrell supports touch and TV remote navigation, visible focus highlights, dark and light themes, audio-track and subtitle selection, and aspect-ratio controls. Available audio formats depend on the stream, your device and connected audio equipment.
KEEP YOUR SOURCES CURRENT
Refresh your playlists when you choose, or enable periodic background updates. Existing playback is kept separate from library refresh operations.
RECORDING AND STORAGE
For non-protected streams you are authorised to record, choose device storage or a document provider available through Android's system picker. Availability depends on your device, installed storage provider and recording rights.
GET STARTED WITH DEMO MODE
Explore the interface with original demonstration media before connecting your own source. No television subscription is included.
FREE DOWNLOAD
Zaptrell is free to download and contains advertising on supported browsing screens. An optional one-time in-app purchase removes advertising; the checkout displays your local Google Play price. Advertising does not appear over playing video.
Important: Zaptrell is a player only. It does not provide channels, movies, subscriptions or provider credentials. You must supply content you are authorised to access. EPG coverage, catch-up, stream quality and playback compatibility depend on your provider and device. An internet connection is required for network sources.
