Can't login since last update, nothing happened even I click login many times, so useless, please fix the bug ASAP

This is terrible af, once you typed the password wrong like three times, you can't login permanently. This is stupid af man, i forgot my own password and i tried to resend the OTP, IT GAVE ME VERIFICATION CODE INSTEAD OF LINK TO THE PASSWORD RESET

Unbelievably stupid app. I signed up as BPU, completed the verification and made the first payment. As soon as I go back to the home page, thinking that my account is now prepared, it redirects me to the login page, and I cannot login, saying that my account is not exist. Then why the hell am I able to made the payment? Who the hell developed this?
