App always crashed, already clear cache and clear all storage data, already update to the latest version, already tried uninstall and reinstalling, still doesnt work

I'm a first time user and tried to register my email. Everytime I enter my email it said there's something wrong and try again a couple times later. Treid 3 times and it automatically sets an hour timer to request an otp from email. This has happened twice and I'm at lost at how to register.

cannot login, cannot take screenshoot, cannot forget password... message error nya sama semua "Informasi Login tidak sesuai". Mohon diperbaiki segera
