Every cleaner's profile is reviewed and approved by our team before they can work through Bradley, and a cleaner cannot send you a proposal until their background check comes back verified — so any cleaner you are able to book has cleared both. Payout details are verified separately. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details are never shared with your cleaner. You approve the price and the time before any visit is confirmed.
