BraidBooked is the booking app built for hair braiders. Take hair braiding appointments, collect deposits and stop no-shows, all from one link in your Instagram bio.

Set up your page in about 3 minutes. Clients pick the style, size, length and color, see your price and how long it takes, choose a time, and pay your deposit up front. No more twenty questions in your DMs, and no more empty chairs.

- Style menus with prices by size and length: knotless braids, boho knotless, stitch cornrows, Fulani braids, lemonade braids, braided ponytails, passion twists, kids braids with beads, takedowns, and your own styles like box braids
- Micro to jumbo sizes, hair colors (1B, 1, 2, 4, 27, 30, 99J and ombre) and add-ons like boho curls, beads and wash
- Kids pricing, Mommy and me, and a second braider option for faster appointments
- A hair calculator that tells each client how many packs to bring, or adds it to your shopping list
- Use our sample photos or your own work, with a Work gallery and client review photos

DEPOSITS AND NO-SHOW PROTECTION
- Take deposits by Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Cash or Chime, straight to you, or choose no deposit
- Each booking has a code for the payment note, and you tap Deposit received when it lands
- Unconfirmed holds free up the time slot on their own
- Ask for a bigger deposit from a phone number that no-showed before
- Your late, cancellation and no-show policies shown before clients book
- On appointment day, clients see the balance and can add a tip
- We never take a cut of your bookings, and your clients never pay a booking fee
