CheckInSquad is a family check in app and team check in app in one: for your family, the people who work at your house, your crew, or your company.
Everybody checks in on their own phone with one tap. Location is read once, at the tap, and never in the background. Within your home radius shows as at home. Anywhere else is still saved, just flagged.
FAMILY SAFETY CHECK INS
Kids sign in with the family code, their name, and a PIN. No email, no phone number, no account. The app locks behind the PIN every time it opens, so a lost phone or a borrowed phone shows nothing. Your kid taps I'm home and both parents see it. Pickups and appointments buzz the person assigned 60 and 30 minutes ahead, and both parents get pinged if nobody taps Got them.

HOUSEHOLD STAFF
Your family in one circle, the chef, the trainer, the cleaner, the lawn crew in another. Staff get schedules, check in by location on arrival, and their hours total themselves. You get on-time, late, left-early, and no-show reports. Staff cannot see the family chat or the family calendar unless you flip the switch.
CREW CHECK IN AND TIME CLOCK
Trucking, yard crews, apartment maintenance, patrol drivers, cleaning crews. Employees clock in by location with no hardware. Post an open shift or overtime and the first driver to tap takes it. Damage reports with a photo land on your phone, time-stamped. Time-off requests go to the right supervisor.
COMPANY
Supervisors and teams in a tree you control. Announcements reach the whole company or just the leads. Chat can be off for everyone while announcements still get through. Requests route to each person's supervisor. Hours, on-time, and read receipts per person and per team. CSV import for up to 200 people, and a desktop layout for the owner.

Family, Household, Crew and Company plans, one flat price each, never per seat. Already on a plan? Sign in and everything is there.

What’s new
Field Safety for crews and home visits: start a visit timer, and if you do not check in, your supervisor gets an alarm-style alert. Hold the Help button for 3 seconds to call for help, also from a Help button on your home screen. Add your photo so your team can see who is who on every alert.
