I have been charged as well 39.99 per month for 2 months. I contacted Brainary and they did reimburse me. The client service is very good. I wish they did otherwise for having you take their membership. When you take the iq test, there is a tick box that if you do not remove the tick, you are automatically subcribe. Hence, I did not notice that i had subscribe. But all good as Brainary reimburse me. I did not try the app.

!!! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP I would've put 0 stars, but that wasn't possible. I downloaded it just for the sake of knowing my level of iq. I saw 3 day trial for 0.99$, wasn't a big deal. Immediately after i found out my results i wanted to cancel subscription, it redirected me to their site to indicate my email. After this i went in my gmail account to confirm that i was about to cancel. After reentering the app, the button "cancel subscription" was still there. I had to cancel from google play

If I could give no stars I would but then I couldn't write this. My experience is just like everyone else's, ripped off & duped! I tried to cancel my trial subscription but alas the app wouldn't load no matter wot I did! So I emailed support to cancel it manually & to prevent them from taking $ off of me, I just keep getting tickets #'s & no actual response! A day & a half later they took over $63 out of my bank when I explicitly told them not to! Surely something can be done about this BS!?
