We booked a hotel through the Brevisty hotel booking app, but when we reached the hotel, they did not allow us to check in. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The service provided by Brevisty was extremely poor, and our booking was not properly handled. I would not recommend Brevisty to anyone for hotel bookings. They should improve their service and take responsibility for such issues.

when I reached the hotel, the hotel was not there and the doors were locked. the hotel was not operational. I went there after 1:30 hr of the ride. The experience is worst, they are fraud. If you want to serve, please shut down your company that is the best that your team can do. Do not make any bookings from this app, this app is a scam, already reported, please report this app.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Due to the continuous power outage, I was forced to check out at 1:00 PM, even though I had booked the room expecting a comfortable stay. I also contacted your customer care multiple times, but instead of providing any real assistance, I was repeatedly told to "wait for another 5 minutes." I kept waiting, but the issue was never resolved. This was very disappointing and made the overall experience even worse.
