Ratings and reviews

Had the worst experience with the app. Booked a 6 hour slot for a highly rated hotel for a layover through Brevistay. Without getting into details here, let's just say we faced multiple issues about which we complained to the Brevistay customer and even after they assured me that they would get back to me, they never called back. Any app that does not take customer complaints seriously is not an app you should trust.

The app is total diabolical !!! Quotes may more lower price in the listing and when you reserve the slot and try to pay it, the price shoots up more than 1000/-!!!! Total scam. The coupon says discount and cash back but it will only give you some cash back on the next booking and that too you have to use it off in a limited time frame or else that is also lost!!!

Vikas kashyap brevistay is actually good for finding best deals on hotel rooms for our trips and things but their customer service should improve The name I put on the top is one of their customer support employee. He's so good. I had good experience talking to him but the rest of the times that was actually not satisfactory.
