HOW IT WORKS

Parents check in their children using a daily rotating pickup code. Staff verify the code on a shared kiosk tablet. At pickup time, only authorized parents and guardians can sign children out — with a digital signature captured for every transaction.

Parents can add trusted guardians (grandparents, babysitters, family members) who receive their own pickup authorization. Each guardian gets a unique QR code for fast verification.

REAL-TIME ATTENDANCE
Staff see live attendance dashboards showing which children are present, expected, or absent. Owners get daily attendance statistics at a glance.

DIGITAL SIGNATURES
Every check-out requires a signature, creating a legally defensible record. Signatures are searchable and exportable as CSV for compliance and record-keeping.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Instant alerts when your child is checked in or out. "On My Way" notifications let the center know you are heading to pickup.

MULTI-SITE SUPPORT
