can't log in most of the time using fingerprint. when using username and password the next button is never clickable. paying for 1 gig speeds and getting 20 Mbps speed. overseas support doesn't know the difference between a mesh router and a network extender. technical support added 2 networks to my gateway that could not be edited nor even found on the router's homepage used for editing settings. not only that, they created another hidden Network. just like any other ISP. trash.

Not the best. It started out rough, i agree the app can use alot more work, i have been though 3 modems of their just absolutely trash. I ended up buying my own modem , and not had a problem with the 1gbps up and down service yet. I told them their hardware for the modem they provide is trash. The app can use a lot more work. I rarly have used the app and same with the website. I been with them for about 2 to 3 years.
