I've been with brightspeed for a couple years. I've never had a problem with their customer service. I always do the chat and it's awesome. they are kind and get down to the issue you may have. I haven't had service issue my issue was one time they updated their app and I couldn't get signed on, but they fixed the issue. also got free upgrade in my area whoo hoo. price stays the same better faster service way to go. I've been with spectrum 1 time will never ever go back. they screwed me.

Not the best. It started out rough, i agree the app can use alot more work, i have been though 3 modems of their just absolutely trash. I ended up buying my own modem , and not had a problem with the 1gbps up and down service yet. I told them their hardware for the modem they provide is trash. The app can use a lot more work. I rarly have used the app and same with the website. I been with them for about 2 to 3 years.

I have 2 accounts and can only access 1. You fixed the one I couldn't access and lost the one that was ok. I was instructed to download a 2nd brightspeed app onto my phone and sign in with a different email. When I did that, it wanted a new cc number. I put it in, and someone hacked my cc number. I got a "suspicious activity" notice and called the cc company to get that sorted out. I would like you to combine my page to include both accounts. It was that way until you forced me to get fiber.
