Does several things well; connect to network, find and pair with device, control the switch as advertised. Programming is quite straightforward even if the English is a bit awkward. Family sharing does not work: additional family members cannot be registered. Therefore the device can be controlled by only one identity. Fix that--5 stars.

I have a brilliance smart socket, Is there a setting within the app to change the timer from military time to standard time setting, If there's a way to do this, please let me know. I have reached out to Brilliance and they have not reached out to help me resolve this matter!

Its actually the device, a Brilliance Smart Socket, that I am unhappy with. It goes OFFLINE frequently. It works immediatly after unplugging and plugging back in. A lot of good that does!! The socket is in the same room as the router. Too expensive and at this point a waste of $$$.
