Ratings and reviews

Very easy to use. Much easier to find my info when needed than previously used apps from other companies with no unnecessary add-ons nobody asked for. I also like that I'm not constantly being bombarded with suggestions for upgrades to my policy because I do bodywork for a living and refuse to have more than liability for myself because I'll do all of the work myself anyways. Most companies I've had in the past did not appreciate this habit of mine.

If I could give this app negative stars I would you make a payment on it and it says payed then you check later and it says that next month is the next due date. But then you get a notice of cancelation in the mail stating that they didn't get your payment. Then when you call them they won't work with you to fix this error they want all the money in full even though you've been a valued customer for 3 years and you actually like the insurance an yet won't work with you when it's the app fault.

when it says update autopay , I press update it dosn't change screen to show presant pay option or allow me to change autopay . what's easy about that ? allows me to view my insurance but not change anything before it is due again . I am paying more for 1 year of car insurance not full coverage than I can get trade in on it . it is a 21 years old Toyota Carolla . & it just went up another $28.00 per 6 months .
