I like getting a discount every month. I don't like that it ranks me worse than average on hard breaking. However, all of my trips show 0 hard breaking events. I think there is a bug in how this is calculated. It might be nice if you could filter the list of trips to only show ones where I was the driver, was speeding, distracted, or had hard breaking events.

I was using hands free calling but picking up my phone to start and end calls - my Bluetooth wasnt quite set up right at first. I have 3 drives to get my score back up to keep my initial discount. I appreciate my agent SO much, but I needed more help setting up the tech. Tech like apps etc are actually kind of hard for me to operate. however, once I got it set up correctly I think I got a MUCH better reading. Hopefully I can recover in 3 more drives. im good with numbers but not always apps. TY!

Works about half the time to keep emailing me saying it's my on my end. BS, now it's not even tracking my time of day and Focused driving any more. Says I'm using hardbreaks, BS. I've focused and stopped way early and still get it ..spin to win comes around about every 3 months if then...1 time it opened up and just disappeared before even had a chance to spin it.big joke app. Everything on my phone is turned on the way it's supposed to be! Made to get it fixed or I'm going elsewhere!!! -1 star.
