I like getting a discount every month. I don't like that it ranks me worse than average on hard breaking. However, all of my trips show 0 hard breaking events. I think there is a bug in how this is calculated. It might be nice if you could filter the list of trips to only show ones where I was the driver, was speeding, distracted, or had hard breaking events.

This app is awful. It doesn't track trips properly, claims you were distracted driving when the phone was on the passenger seat, doesn't open properly, crashes frequently, and the list goes on. I have reached out to Farmers customer service, and they just keep telling me uninstall it and reinstall it. how many times does one person need to uninstall and reinstall an app before it starts working? The only reason I'm giving it to stars is because I get a discount on my car insurance by having it.

App doesn't record your trips accurately. It has me going in a straight line from my house to my job like I'm on a jet pack. It also isn't recording all of my trips or only parts of my trips. If I didn't need it for my discount I'd delete this useless battery drainer. I feel it should only be used when you're driving, not constantly on when I'm home or at work. It also constantly wants you to launch signal even though it's on. Ridiculous
