The Signal by Farmers app can help you drive safer and offers the potential for discounts and rewards. Signal is a program available to eligible Farmers auto insurance customers.1

I like getting a discount every month. I don't like that it ranks me worse than average on hard breaking. However, all of my trips show 0 hard breaking events. I think there is a bug in how this is calculated. It might be nice if you could filter the list of trips to only show ones where I was the driver, was speeding, distracted, or had hard breaking events.

I hate that this app runs messages constantly telling me it's on. I don't want something on my screen all the time. Even though I swipe or away, it comes back a few hours later. Also, once a month I get an email indicating I need to sign in, even though I'm already signed in and you can't opt out of the email. I do like that it has a discount available for good driving.

The app is not always correct about if I am a passenger or a driver. Luckily you are able to change this by choosing the correct status. Also, none of my badges have updated since the first week of downloading the app. I have received multiple notifications stating that something is wrong with the app, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no solution to the problem.
