The worst app I've ever used. The pages take forever to load and the practice section doesn't work anymore. Whenever i try to open an audio the page freezes and i have to delete the app and re-download it to be able to open the home page. The audios aren't controllable. if i want to listen again to a specific sentence i have to listen to the whole audio again, and now i have no access to the audios & the exercises as i said there's a problem with the practice section. Worst experience ever.

There's no option to give zero stars, so I gave one star. The app performs very poorly, opening extremely slowly and buffering,sometimes hanging, and not navigating to other pages. Another issue is the app's booking feature. The booking page opens very slowly and is always buffering, almost like a snail. Even a snail is faster than the app (including website)

It's takes too much time to open the app and there is no any indicator when log in page if user clicks the login button nothing will happen and even inside the app it's takes too much time to see the other tab menu. British council team please concern about this and make the app faster...
