Thanks for using ProxyVote. ProxyVote is an application developed by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. Our platform makes proxy voting more convenient than ever. Check out our features:

• Set preferences to vote With or Against the Board of Directors on every proposal or selected proposal types. Your preferences will be used to pre-populate vote selections on meetings you are eligible to vote, but you can always make changes before submitting.
• Set alert preferences by proposal categories and be alerted to upcoming events containing agenda items relating to your topics of interest.
• Request an Email Record of your voting choices for easy access to your voting activity.
• Receive an email with final meeting results for meetings that you have voted on ProxyVote. Meeting Results are also available from the Dashboard Past Meetings list.

Ratings and reviews

I've always enjoyed the ease of use of this app and ability to specify individual preferences for voting categories. With the latest update however, my voting preferences seem to be ignored and no vote is indicated, so I need to enter each manually. Please review the handling of this feature. Update 3/24/2026: Issue seems to have been resolved today.

Doesn't work. Never has. Great innovative app, but for 107mb it doesn't do much at all. Many things don't work. And it's been saying features will be added soon, but nothing ever happens. I can't even vote if I'm logged on, nor can I see any type of portfolio showing my actions, votes, etc. Plus I ALWAYS have to use my control number to vote now. Like I said, doesn't do much - or should I say have much. None of my investments are accessible to vote. Fingerprint doesn't work. Options greyed out.
