You forced your customers to change to this stupid App, although a significant portion of your clientele in my area are elderly, and may not either have a smart phone, or know how to scan on one if they DO have one. Then, no where did it mention that this stupid bar code HAD to be scanned in promptly for credit for points. I'm sitting here with $52.00 worth of spending from our last trip to dine there, which would have put us well over the points needed to get a reward. Nope, "too old". Sucks!

Downloaded the app because there is finally a location close enough to me to make signing up for the rewards program worth it. Unfortunately, this app does not function properly. It let's me input information then has me wait while it works - except it never stops with the loading nonsense. I somehow was miraculously able to create an account, but I can never log in. How incredibly disappointing, especially since our family easily drops at least $50 every time we eat here.
