Awful designed app! I have 3 children. I have to complete every single transaction separately. So thats 9 transactions across afterschool, breakfast & activity clubs. Not to mention you dont get a receipt of what you have paid for, for what dates just a very basic "order history" with your child's name. This is absolutely useless and a major headache for parents like me who submit their childcare costs to Universal Credit. They have guidelines you have to follow or you dont get paid! Nightmare

Better to stick to the web version! since installing app I get messages via the app instead of being sent by SMS, but this is much easier to miss. can't see any options to set my preference to SMS although supposed to exist. the school send other messages by text directly that don't go via MCAS so it's a total mess where to find anything. app also doesn't have class teacher info which is on the website version. I wish I had never installed it

Hard to follow notifications. since the refresh is very hard to see what the notification was about. you get a notification on the home screen, click it, login, but then nothing to show you what the notification was for. you have to check every tab to see what you've missed. really inefficient
