Concept is good but app execution is very poor - Since joining I was unable to add my address into the app which prevented me from booking any classes - I reached out to support who said it would be passed on to tech...then two days later got a message saying since they didn't hear from me they would close the case... the next day a class I was on the waitlist for opens up and when I try to book it with multiple spots left it just says an error occured...for 1000kr/mo I really expected better

Good concept. But they keep changing the terms for booking classes and terms of memberships and discounts etc continuously without any communication. I've been a member for more than 3 years and now I cancelled my membership. Even though they claim 1 months cancellation, I now have 2 months because a small hidden text. I've asked for proof of the same text when I signed up 3 years ago, but no response. Terrible customer service, and no respect for customers. It used to be good, now it's trash.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I signed up to try the service out, because of an offer they had, no binding period and you can cancel any time. But I didn't use the service and I completely forget I had it until I saw in my bank account the monthly payment, so I cancelled and got confirmation. But suddenly they start charging me again. And I contacted customer service which was extremely rude. Nothing but fraud. Skip this app and directly buy/support your favourite training center.
