my hoverboard is completely unusable. the experience has been horrible from the get-go. this company is absolutely worthless. it works great in the beginning I loved it. after using only a few times it's just a paper weight at this point. battery doesn't hold a charge can't even find a replacement battery if I wanted to.

doesn't work at all. says searching for Bluetooth when I'm connected to the board for crying out loud. useless app.

App has a bug and won't even open. Kid with new Christmas present and can't properly use it! Please fix App and notify asap! Thank you!
