so convenience for me especially chat with customer service from here. I was busy at work and response anytime I free. I don't have to make time and sit to solve. I use broband and now mobile too. Since started using broadband I love Sky. Thank you Sky team. Great job!!!
You can manage your account in a very simple way, view next 3 future bills so you won't get any surprises and can use the app to call customer services. The app would tell you how long you have to wait in the queue.

Used this to speak to someone about a straight forward question and It took me 6 hours and still wasn't satisfied and got told to ring. Really thinking of using someone else for broadband and TV.
