Is there a point to this? I don't really understand the point of an app you have to download which then requires internet access to work? This app essentially skins your Sky web account management portal, but requires more steps and gives less information. I ran a query to 'upgrade' it simply points me to a phone number and a link to for mentioned web portal. There is actually no point to this app unless it worked offline, it could store bills, give broadband activity status, etc. Hire better people Sky, London is full of them
Is anybody there? Tried this app because I am finding it impossible to get through to anyone on the phone or on 'chat'. I just want to ask some questions about switching to Sky Q and I want answers in a form I can look over, think about and make a decision. There doesn't seem to be any option to do this type of thing. Sky are going to lose a good customer if they can't provide a decent customer service.
I'd rather insert a Pineapple into Really wanted this to work for the obvious reasons, but am sorry to report that the reviews below are infact spot on. I can't wait for Sky telecommunications! That way nobody can be there too when I need assistance with mobile communications. It will be just like being at home with Sky 24/7. I simply can't wait to sack EE's legendary customer service skills, and move over to Sky mobile.... If only I had a damn time machine! Does anyone know Marty McFly's number?
Why Do I Need A PIN? This app forces you to create a 5 digit PIN for 'safe and easy access'. No thanks, I'll stick with my complex and unique password and uninstall your app. Sky has obviously been taking lessons on security from Yahoo.
No point to this app Installed this in desperation as (for the nth time in the last few months)sky broadband was down in my area... it seems that not only are sky unable to maintain a steady broadband service but their own status page lies about their status... treat this app the same as treat sky... and dont bother...
Grew options work Tried on Nexus 6 nougat and few things worked. Tried on Samsung tablet marshmallow, same thing. Uninstalling both now. Will grow old waiting for Sky advisors to answer either phone or chat.
