Well well, what a surprise. I can't remove packages on the app. I have to ring up. So, how does that help differently abled people who can't always make phonecalls? Because I've been stuck with a package with increased prices because I haven't been able to use the phone. So, thanks for that. Accessibility anyone? Nope, ok. Edit: it's taken me 40mins on the phone to sort out bill increases of up to £40pm because I couldn't do it on the app.

Came to go into the sky app I have, it won't let me in, cannot check any of my accounts or check why I keep going off line. If you have updated this app then it was a waste of time I have uninstalled, reinstalled this app and still cannot get into it, cannot contact anyone yet you keep taking my payments for a service I'm not getting. The app is useless. I've rated 1 star but it don't deserve that more like minus 10. After a while tried the sky app again asking me to sign in, won't let me.

Absolute rubbish! I am a vip customer and cannot log in since you've decided that we can only get our offers from the app. I've changed my password several times as it says it was incorrect. It wasn't. Every time I change it, it continues to tell me its the incorrect password. With the amount you charge each month, I would expect your app to be better!
