I thought I'd try again and see if problems have been fixed. Still cannot see calls made and I get "Opps we cannot load this content" when I try to view my bill. I'm rolling back to the Sky Service app, which gives me all the info I need (glad I kept a copy of the apk file so I can install it). Update has taken away all the useful information and replaced it with useless app that is little more than a way to push upgrades. Before update was useful as I could access call logs etc. Used to use this a lot to keep track of calls we have made. Now this information is no longer available in the app.
Can't see my balance all I get is oops please fix. Another update and still can't see my bill I'll give it one more update then I'll uninstall.
Good app for seeing what your packages are, but it's limited when you want to look into anything in further detail, then it just becomes a glorified forwarder into the browser.
"Oops, something went wrong try again later", this app is as useless as their website.
Still can't access my latest bill - this is the feature I use most !!
Does what it needs to. Shows me sky stuff let's me look at my account.
