Everytime i try to sign in i am told it doesnt recognise sky account number and postcode. Have also tried it with username and last 6 digits of my bank details and it still doesnt work
I didn't even want to give this app 1 star, it's terrible since the update. No problems before update. Trouble signing in, cannot access my details, cannot pay my bill. Just keeps freezing or comes up error. Get it sorted please. I'm not spending 20 minutes on my mobile trying to ring up sky to pay my bill!!!! I pay sky enough per month as it is.
Like others, whenever I try to sign in, it does not recognise user name or password, but when I try to re-register, it says that user name already exists. Bug clearly needs more work!
It is not I ly your website but whenever I attempt to sign in I am always told my website is not recognised or the password is incorrect - 5they both are as I use them on a daily basis.
Alot more confusing than the last app. Definitely preferred the last app to this one
Handy, when having a problem. Not sure if all problems can be solved. Experience will tell.
