it wasn't so bad, the only issues I have on this app is that I have a hard time getting in, sometimes when the screen Is loading suddenly it just brings you out after without a reason. please fix this, my experience with this app is a lot with frustration, kindly tq.

It's my first time using online banking and I can't use any function in it because it said I need to call customer service. I know it for safety or we call it as bsn secure. but don't you've a better option instead of walk in?. Because I've called the customer service 10 times just because I want the function to work properly.

I like using bsn, but there's still some things that need to be updated. I really wanted to know how much I used in a month. also, I really hope you will be adding like savings. where I could store my money to another saving for a trip or something. I really hope bsn will update more and better in the apps.
