this app is a headache! can't log in, transactions are not complete! it deducted my money and hid the notification. very worst! no improvement I made a transaction to e-wallet this app deducted the money it's shown in the app then i checked the e-wallet it showed nothing! and back to the app again the transaction notification is no longer shown.

for those people who can't access into bank app, firstly u guys need to register at mybsn website. After that u need to wait a approvement from them(bsn center). Lastly try to log in at mybsn website before u log in at mybsn apps. I hope this is helpful. I apologize if this is incorrect, this is all I can remember. (register 2024)

App works. But update really sucks.. In the middle of payment they always pops for force update.. Imagine you're in urgent situation or paying something in queue & purchasing product under limited time promotion.. Can't you hold back for a second? Update & install take few minutes can't you see? Proceed payment just under 10 seconds.. Make it better.
