I downloaded the app for its anime library, but the subscription auto-renewed without a reminder—even though I had cancelled it a month prior. The payment bypassed my backup settings and doesn't even appear in my Play Store history. There was no intuitive way to dispute this in the app, I had to use the web portal. But surprisingly, they did not cancel my premium benefits whereas I successfully secured a refund (maybe as a gesture of apology).

it's a good application where you can watch anime, but once you subscribe, they will charge so early. I got charged a month before the current subscription ends. It would be best if we'd be given an option on when customers would like to get charged.

It's not a bad app, but like- the ad is incredibly annoying, it makes the app a bit glitchy and there is a few bug that i encounter while using this app. Also, i don't know if this is a 'legal' app that needs permission to upload animes officially- idk, maybe add more anime, or something.
