The layout changed with a new update, and now it's so busy. It's jam-packed with recommendations and feels like you're being bombarded by ads. The new&hot section is unnecessary.If I wanted to see shorts about webtoons, I'd go to insta. Sometimes, I purposefully avoid going on to the app because of this. I miss the old layout, which would show the weekly webtoons in a banner. It was perfect, I loved going through them and seeing what's new. I wish I could un-update it. Please change it back.

I've been on Webtoon since about 2019, most of the stories are genuinely amazing. With that being said though, what Webtoon advertises the most has to be unlocked by ads or coins. Though there are ways to get free coins, they expire after about a week. You could work for a month trying to get free coins, then POOF! They're gone. This is really frustrating. Overall, the comics and authors are amazing, the app, not so much.

Please fix the layout. Recently, the layout changed, flooding the home page with a random assortment of stories that I haven't read and have no interest in reading. The banners at the top are gone and I van no longer see a list of my recent webtoons, including which ones have unread or updated episodes. The new interface is super clunky and overwhelming, and it's not user-friendly at all, even as someone who's used the app for years.
